Quick Connect Immersion Tubes – Standard
- Adapters (standard = injection moulded parts) made of high-purity polyethylene, polypropylene, electrically conductive PE
- Immersion pipes (extruded pipe – in-house production) made of high-purity polyethylene and electrically conductive polyethylene
- Gaskets made of PE-LD, POE
Brief description
The dip tubes for the Quick Connect system essentially consist of the actual dip tube and a codable dip tube adapter to which they are ultrasonically welded. The dip tubes are permanently installed in a mobile packaging for liquid chemicals (canister, drum or IBC). The immersion tube adapter enables a detachable, safe, closed and contamination-free connection to a fluid system with the Quick-Connect dispense head.
Product features in key points
- Adapters (standard = injection moulded parts) made of high-purity polyethylene, polypropylene, electrically conductive PE
- Immersion pipes (extruded pipe – in-house production) made of high-purity polyethylene and electrically conductive polyethylene
- Gaskets made of PE-LD, POE
- Also suitable for gassing chemicals (degassing via welded-in PTFE membrane)
- various closures (S42x2, 3/4″)
- Version with or without bellows (bellows minimises residual quantity and compensates for height changes / manufacturing tolerances)
- Immersion tube length is adapted to the container (specified in millimetre from gasket surface adapter to tube end)
- manufactured under clean room conditions
- Special designs (e.g. mixing nozzles, bottom plates)
