Kunststofftechnik Jäger GmbH is your competent partner in the production of dispense systems for liquid chemicals as well as in plant and apparatus engineering. The heart of our product world is our Quick Connect System.

We accompanied and technically implemented the development of the original Quick Connect system by Honeywell Speciality Chemicals Seelze GmbH (formerly Riedel de Haën) as early as 1994. Since then, the system has been constantly supplemented and further developed. With our machinery, we are able to manufacture many components in-house. This makes us largely independent of upstream suppliers and ensures short delivery times.

Quick Connect System

To the products
The Quick Connect System is a closed system for dispensing or filling chemicals from or into mobile packaging. We developed the original version together with the company Riedel de Haën (today Honeywell Speciality Chemicals Seelze GmbH) as early as 1994 and have continued to optimise and expand it ever since.

It consists of a dip tube installed in the packaging material with an associated adapter and a dispense or filling head, both equipped with a codable connection. The coding of the heads must match the coding of the immersion pipe adapter in order to establish a secure connection. This enables a simple, detachable and contamination-free connection to a mobile packaging material for liquid chemicals (such as canister, drum or IBC). Compared to other systems, this guarantees unparalleled safety for the operator and user.

The purity of process media determines the quality of the end products. However, the availability of high-purity flare components for plant and equipment construction is often limited. We therefore manufacture our own flare components from high-purity plastic in our machinery. Our products convince through their high purity and durability.

PFA hoses are used in many areas of chemical plant construction. In order to be able to push these hoses onto the corresponding connections more easily, we offer high-quality reamer made of PTFE.

Accessories for packaging technology

To the products
In our accessories programme, we offer you numerous components that are required for the safe closure of containers or that facilitate the handling of the chemical containers.

If special components are required in this area, we manufacture them ourselves in our factory in Germany.

  • Bung plugs for Müller or Rikutec containers (These plugs are available in closed or alternatively vented versions for gassing chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide).

Accessories for external systems

To the products
In addition to the Quick Connect system established in the semiconductor sector, there are also systems from other suppliers such as Entegris or Kodama. In order to avoid costly conversion of the system in the event of a product or supplier change, we offer accessories for these third-party systems. This means that existing connections can still be used.
