In our factory in Adenbüttel, we produce high-quality dip tubes on our modern production line – from standard models to special designs. We offer dip tubes with adapters made of stable, durable plastics.

Our dip tubes have been used for decades for the material testing upon arrival of XLSI drums at a well-known chemical manufacturer.

Direct leach-out comparisons between KTJ’s dip tubes and conventional dip tubes show a five to ten times better purity level in our product. Thus, in terms of metallic impurities, they are almost identical to the PFA dip tubes of a major US manufacturer.

Since 2020, our dip tubes have been equipped with matching in-house adapters, which can be easily combined with existing Quick Connect dispense and filling heads from third-party suppliers. Through minor technical modifications in the injection mold, they are technically superior to the old adapters while remaining fully compatible.

We extrude the PE tubing for the dip tubes on our own production line under clean conditions. The raw material has been qualified for the semiconductor industry and has been used for decades, for example for HF, in XLSI quality.

After the packaging, the tube has the largest surface area (on which the chemical acts on both sides). Therefore, the quality of the tube is crucial for the quality of the chemical.

Repeated leach-out tests confirm the significantly higher purity compared to products available on the market.

We also extrude the CD tubing for the dip tubes on our own production line under clean conditions. The raw material is qualified for the semiconductor industry and is identical to what is available on the market—only it is produced under much cleaner conditions.

We supply customers with special solutions, such as dip tubes with star knobs that can be easily installed and removed. Adaptations for different thread types, and more, are also possible.
