Quick Connect 2 Dip Tubes – S62x5 CD TurnLock.

Description

Together with RIKUTEC Germany GmbH & Co.KG, we developed the locking adapter S62x5R for the Quick Connect 2 system. The issue behind this development is that diving pipes with S62 adapters can become detached from containers due to their geometry. This can result in the entire diving pipe being unscrewed when loosening the closure or extraction head. To effectively prevent this, the locking adapter is equipped with the Rikutec locking safety, which also provides significantly safer grounding for electrically conductive containers/diving pipes. This version is exclusively available for Rikutec containers (currently only IBC 2.0, with potential future availability for 200-liter drums). Naturally, these adapters are registered under BAM approval.

The Dip Tubes for the Quick Connect System essentially consist of the actual dip tube and a codable dip tube adapter S62x5 TurnLock, with which they are ultrasonically welded. The dip tubes are permanently installed in a mobile packaging for liquid chemicals (canister, drum or IBC). The dip tube adapter enables a detachable, safe, closed and contamination-free connection to a fluid system with the Quick-Connect dispense head.
