Quick Connect 3 Dispense / Filling Head.
Due to increased customer demand, we have decided to include the Quick Connect 3 series in our product lineup.
Since we believe the existing system has several weaknesses, we have completely redesigned the dispensing head from the ground up. An important aspect for us was, among other things, a modular design that allows access to all components (springs, seals). This also results in shorter assembly times, allowing heads from this series to be ready for shipment within 48 hours. This ensures worldwide availability within one week.
The system is in the final qualification phase and will be ready for delivery to all customers at the beginning of 2024.
The compabitility to the existing system is granted:
- our dip tubes match existing heads.
- our heads match existing dip tubes.
