Quick Connect 3

The Quick Connect 3 System allows extraction, ventilation, and recirculation from a container using just one head. Like the Quick Connect 2, it features a coding option and ensures a contamination-free connection to the container.

It is an independent series with its own dip tubes, heads, and accessories.

A distinctive feature that sets our dispensing heads apart from those of other manufacturers is their modular design. It allows the connections of the heads to be modified afterward and provides access to the seal and spring (in competitor products, these are welded and cannot be repaired or altered).

For the Quick Connect 3 series, we have developed various special versions. Thanks to the system design, excellent mixing and dilution applications can be realized. We have developed solutions for the head (and keep them in stock as standard) that integrate 2 filling ports and one vent (shown on the left) or up to 7 ports in a single head (all connection sizes freely selectable – shown on the right).

This special version with a total of 7 ports allows up to 4 different chemicals to be introduced separately into a container. At the same time, the chemicals can be drawn off through the central port for mixing, cooled if necessary—for example, during exothermic reactions—and returned via another port.

Another port (the small 3/8″ NPT) provides gas equalization.
