Connections<\/strong><\/p>\n

The standard connections for media are flare fittings \u2013 from 1\/4″ to 1″ for PE\/PVDF and 1\/2″ to 1″ for CD. In addition, we have also developed other connection types, such as Tri-Clamp, Camlock, hose tails, NPT threads, and more, which are standard and usually kept in stock. <\/p>\n

Bubble Sensors<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bubble sensors (actually capacitive sensors) detect the presence of conductive liquids, although the requirement for conductivity is relatively low. When a container is empty, the pump starts drawing in air. The resulting mix of air and liquid changes the magnetic field, which can be detected by the (adjustable) capacitive sensors. <\/p>\n

Instead of integrating the sensor directly into the head, we have developed a solution that aligns with our modular approach and integrates it into the connection technology (flare nut). This allows our heads to be easily retrofitted in the future as well. <\/p>\n

Connection for Nitrogen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before filling a container, some users first fill it with nitrogen, allowing the existing air to be displaced through the vent connection. Ideally, this nitrogen supply is delivered via the dip tube to the bottom of the container. <\/p>\n

Here too, we have developed a component that can be easily “inserted in-line.” This option can also be retrofitted later. <\/p>\n

It is also possible to design the nitrogen supply with a check spring that opens only in one direction, preventing any chemical from flowing back into the supply line. However, the same effect can be achieved by maintaining a certain pressure in the nitrogen supply during filling. <\/p>\n

Head with a separate sampling port<\/strong><\/p>\n

The modular component for the nitrogen connection is also used as a special solution for sampling. This allows a sample (e.g., via our sampling station) to be taken before the chemical is dispensed through the system. <\/p>\n

Our claim to be better than the broad market is proven, among other things, by the leach-out tests mentioned above. With our own dip tube production in an extrusion line under clean room conditions, we guarantee compliance with the highest degrees of purity. This is of great advantage to you because the dip tubes are in constant contact with the media in the packaging materials and offer the largest potential surface for contamination. Since all steps from production to packaging of the dip tubes are carried out under clean room conditions, we have never had any negative feedback or complaints in the past. We also manufacture the bellows in our own production. Our own pipe extrusion allows us to keep quality requirements consistently high. This allows us to respond quickly and easily to individual customer wishes.<\/p>\n

Our Quick Connect adapters are technically superior to older adapters, e.g. due to optimised injection points and better cooling. The process-relevant geometries are naturally matched to the older adapters so that there are no problems in the application.<\/p>\n

We can only install an RFID chip for tracking purposes, without a cloud connection. Our RFID is installed in the approved adapter without machining. This solution is ideal for all users who are satisfied with pin-hole coding and do not want to have their own process control controlled by an externally hosted cloud. This also avoids that sensitive data about quantities, origin and qualities of the own components are stored together with the data of competitors.<\/p>\n
