In the course of a trademark-related clarification in the European region, we have adjusted the designation of certain products:

Instead of the previous abbreviation “QC,” we are now using the full term “Quick Connect.”

This adjustment is intended to comply with trademark regulations and to ensure a consistent designation across all markets.

The change has no impact on the function, performance, or quality of our products – these remain unchanged at the usual high standard.

We recommend that customers and stakeholders also use the designation “Quick Connect” in documentation and when communicating with their own clients, in order to ensure a clear and trademark-compliant product description while maintaining maximum flexibility.

After adding the dip tubes for the Quick Connect 2 HighFlow Series we have now the corresponding Dispense and Filling Head available. These are designed for higher flow rates and marked as “GT2” in specification of the heads. The design is modular and similar to the one of our Quick Connect 2 Serie Version 3.0. This results in a shorter assembly time to achieve a status “ready for delivery” within 48 hours. Therefore a delivery time of one week worldwide is possible.

The qualification of the system was successful and it is available in standard execution with integrated non-return valve and fluid connections 1/2″, 3/4″ und 1″ Flare from stock.

The compabitility to the existing system is granted:

• our dip tubes match existing heads.

• our heads match existing dip tubes.

Due to increased customer demand, we have decided to include the Quick Connect 3 series in our product lineup.

Since we believe the existing system has several weaknesses, we have completely redesigned the dispensing head from the ground up. An important aspect for us was, among other things, a modular design that allows access to all components (springs, seals). This also results in shorter assembly times, allowing heads from this series to be ready for shipment within 48 hours. This ensures worldwide availability within one week.

The system is in the final qualification phase and will be ready for delivery to all customers at the beginning of 2024.

We are pleased to announce the commissioning of our new UV laser for product marking. From now on we use laser marking technology via UV laser on our Quick Connect adapters for traceability.

Each Quick Connect adapter is given a unique number consisting of a six-digit transaction number and a three-digit sequential number. This number allows you to reliably track the dip tube.

Laser engraving takes place in the “environmental area” without chemical contact. We have deliberately minimised the amount of data so that the particles created during the writing process can be easily and specifically extracted. They are then fed into an efficient exhaust air treatment system.
